The work here is
coming along slow. Unfortunately. We did however have an investigator in stake
conference this past Sunday though. We received an online reference this past
week for a young man named Geronimo Fernando. We brought him the DVD he ordered
& he was super excited. He was super interested in going to church. We
invited him to the stake conference & he showed up. He sat through the
whole thing quietly, not asking one question. A member of the seventy spoke
& it was sooo good. Afterwards. Geronimo asked a ton of questions, but he
was so interested. After the conference he talked alot about wanting to read
the Book of Mormon all the way through & wanting to learn more. He says he
plans on attending every Sunday. It was super exciting! We are definitely going to be working with him
alot this week so keep him in your prayers! Other than that nothing else really
happened this past week. We spent all week knocking doors & trying to find
people to teach with no success. Definitely a tiring one, but this week hopefully we will have some more luck.
